Yes, our humble journey has created history. We completed on landmark with the help of our long-term partner, Muthoot Pappachan Foundation.
During the concluded Vadodara Mission in January 2020, we reached our 2000th smile. ‘Smile Please’, the Foundation’s flagship initiative, has now brought the ‘Gift of Smile’ to over 2000+ cleft-affected children and adults in India.
This partnership is testimony to the good that conscientious corporate firms have brought. These organisations believe in giving back to society. We are grateful to the Muthoot Pappachan Foundation for its generosity and for impacting the lives of 2000+children and adults in an enriched manner.
Our 2000th child was Mitalben from Biriyani Hathol. The place is two and a half hours away from our Outreach Centre, Isha Hospital in Vadodara. Mitalben’s father is a small farmer who could never have afforded his daughter’s surgery without Muthoot Pappachan Foundation’s assistance. Her cleft palate was successfully operated on 21 January 2020. She has got back her beautiful smile. We wish her all the best in her life.
