Refund Policy

Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the social cause on payment gateway is as under:

  1. No refund/cancellation for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained, for the online donations through the online payment gateway.
  2. No cash or refund of money will be allowed. In case of any dispute it will be settled as per the norms & condition of merchant and payment gateway service provider.
  3. If any in-kind support received by the donor from any where the material will reach to the poorest of the poor communities.
  4. Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation to be made. The donation will be used for the community development, children education or women’s empowerment.
  5. No refund of money will be provided for gift items.
  6. In the event that a donation is made to Mission Smile, a registered charity, via as a result of fraud or misuse or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, Mission Smile will refund the donation amount electronically back to the same card that was used to make the original transaction, provided the request is made within 14 days of the transaction. Please write us at contact@missionsmile. Orgstating the details you gave when you made the donation and the date and time.
  7. If customer has paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days from the date of intimation by the customer.
